Is this a shared ride service?

Our Tucson Airport Transportation service is a single party, point-to-point service. You will not be sharing the ride with any other party, which means you will get to your destination in the shortest time possible.

Do I need to call Tucson Resort Transportation if my arriving flight will be late, or every time I’m given a new arrival time by the airline?

No, you do not. Our drivers use smartphone applications such as FlightView to track incoming flights and stay abreast of updated arrival times. The only time you need to call us is if you miss your connection and will be coming in on a later flight.

I have grandkids coming into Tucson to visit me. Do you have car seats available?

Yes, car seats are available by reservation with 24 hours advance notice.

I left think I left something in one of your vehicles.  How can I find out if it was found & arrange to pick it up?

Can I hire you for Corporate Events?

With advance reservations, yes. Call for details. 

What are the qualifications of your drivers?

All of our drivers must pass an ADOT Physical Exam, Background Checks & Drug Screening.  Additionally, they each receive individual training and safety instructions.
